Today takes off the “Bib meets KnowledgeCamp” in Cologne, also known as the bibcamp5. As the most innovative unconference in the German library community already in its 5th year, all the crazy and progressive players will meet at the very respected library school, the Faculty of Information Science and Communication Studiesn of the Cologne University of Applied Sciences and discuss the latest developments, hold workshops on hot topics and further the knowledge no matter what.
Well, off course not all can join the event of the year. But don’t feel gloomy at all, there will be a live stream of the program, you can find some of the proposed topics and a documentation in the wiki.
There will also be a workshop on skills and competencies of New Professionals.
And maybe you already meet some of the Bibcamp5 organizers at BOBCATSSS2012.
And most important off all you will meet Horst, the ever bustling mascot of the bibcamp.
