We are pleased to announce that the topics for the Webinars are already selected!
We want to thank you for the enormous participation in the election of these topics.
These will be organized jointly by IFLA New Professionals Special Interest Group, IFLA Continuing Professional Development and Workplace Learning and the American Library Association during 2018.
After a closed eleccion in the Mentimeter survey, the four selected are the following:
- Can the library do everything? Changing role of librarians and the library as a space of social inclusion
- Can new librarians have a voice? Training and professional development vs. workplace reality.
- Technology in libraries: event management tools, CMS and information retrieval tools; how to and best practices
- How to market your library. Tools for measuring the impact and presenting the results to the public
Definitely they are great topics, and they will surely come out of them very interesting webinars.
