Review of proposals for IFLA 2011

After receiving the huge number of 45 [update] 46 [update] proposals for the NPSIG session in Puerto Rico the review process just started. We are very glad that so many people get actively involved in this years topic “New Professionals beyond New Professionals – skills, needs and strategies of a new generation of LIS professionals”. They are coming from all over the world, most of them from the US.

  1. That´s wonderful !

It demonstrates that the new librarias are working actively for our field. It is very important having many views, perspectives and opinions from all over the world, only of this way we can generate shared knowledge.

  2. It is great to see the proposals mapped out! This is going to be a fabulous program. I am looking forward to see everyone in Puerto Rico. Cheers

  3. This is really great! It is an indication that the Young Librarians are ready to make impacts. We shall surely get there!
