We have reserved several cottages for you at Aulanko Kievari which is nicely located at the Vanaja Lake and also turned out to be the most affordable accommodation for our purposes (address: Katajistontie 1, 13210 Hämeenlinna, near Hotel Rantasipi Aulanko).

Please contact the staff from Aulanko Kievari via myynti@aulangonkievari.fi for the booking of the cottage of your choice. It is possible to make a reservation as an individual person in a cottage that is supposed for more than one person. Aulanko will collect bookings and fill the cottages. However, if you build a group beforehand, please go for a group booking – this makes things easier for the Aulanko staff. Make sure to indicate your gender. Bookings need to be made until 9 June. As we don’t know yet how many of you will aready arrive in Hämeenlinna on 8 August, we have reserved fewer cottages from 8-9 Aug. In case more people will need accommodation, there are more cottages available. Just ask when doing your reservation.

8-9 Aug (about 22 persons)

9 x cottage for 1-3 persons – 80 € per night
(microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toilet, shower)

9-10 Aug (100 persons)

10 x cottage for 5 persons – 50 € per night
(cooking plate, bunk beds, shared toilet and shower facilities)

9 x cottage for 2+2 persons – 90 € per night
(mikrowave oven, coffee maker, fridge, toilet, shower, TV)

1 x cottage for 3 persons – 90 € per night
(mikrowave, coffee maker, fridge, shower, toilet, TV)

2 x cottage for 3 persons – 80 € per night
(mini kitchen with stove, mikrowave oven, coffee maker, fridge, shower, toilet, TV)

7 x cottage for 2 persons – 80 € per night
(mini kitchen with stove, mikrowave oven, coffee maker, fridge, shower, toilet, TV)

The rent for linen is 10€ / person, but you can also bring your own linen.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% cancellation fee of 1 nights’ accommodation, if cancelled 14 – 2 days prior to arrival. 100% cancellation fee, if cancelled 2 – 0 days prior to arrival. This also applies to No-Shows.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Check-in time is 14:00 on your day of arrival Checkout time is 12:00 on your day of departure.
